 sm\nThe International Conference on Highly Frustrated Magnetism (HFM) conv
 enes experts from the magnetic community worldwide. HFM emphasizes and dis
 cusses theoretical and experimental studies concerning magnetic frustratio
 n\, addressing related topics and relevant issues within the field.\nThe H
 FM international conference was first organized by the Canadian magnetism 
 community and held in Waterloo\, Canada in June 2000 (HFM 2000). The secon
 d iteration took place in Grenoble\, France (HFM 2003)\, and the third in 
 Osaka\, Japan (HFM 2006). Since then\, it has been hosted in various count
 ries across America\, Europe\, and Asia. The most recent conferences\, HFM
  2022\, took place in Paris\, France\, and HFM 2024 in Chennai\, India. At
 tendance has grown from ~70 at the inaugural HFM 2000 conference to ~260 a
 t the last meeting\, HFM 2024. This remarkable increase in attendance unde
 rscores HFM's status as a thriving area of research in condensed matter ph
 ysics. \n \nThe event is renowned for its engaging and inclusive environ
 ment\, featuring a single-session format and highly interactive poster ses
 sions. Poster sessions are designed to be dynamic and encourage direct int
 eractions between presenters and attendees\, promoting in-depth discussion
 s. These sessions foster an enjoyable and collaborative atmosphere for stu
 dents\, postdocs\, and active researchers to exchange ideas and learn abou
 t the latest breakthroughs.\nThe 13th International Conference on Highly F
 rustrated Magnetism (HFM 2025) will be held in-person from 25 to 30 May\,
  2025\, in Toronto\, Canada.\nKey dates for HFM 2025 are as follows:\n\n5
