Excursion

An optional excursion (Niagara Falls Day Trip) for those who sign up will be arranged on Wednesday afternoon (approx. 1pm - 8pm).


Enjoy a day trip from Toronto to Niagara Falls that includes stops at Niagara Falls, the Floral Clock, the hydro-power stations, and the Niagara Whirlpool Rapids. You’ll travel aboard a modern mini-coach and have three hours of free time at Niagara Falls to explore independently. Tours are conducted by licensed Niagara Parks Commission Tour Guides, so you’ll learn interesting information with commentary given throughout the day. When booking, you have the option to upgrade to include a cruise up the Niagara River to the base of Niagara Falls.
Your day tour to Niagara Falls and Niagara region sample tour will include:

  • Personalised pick up from a single location in downtown Toronto
  • 60 minute stop in the historic and picturesque town of Niagara-on-the-lake.
  •  Explore the many rustic shops and cafés along the main street of this historic town. Take a walk out to the waterfront where the mouth of the Niagara river meets Lake Ontario.
  • Photo stop at the Niagara Whirlpool Rapids
  • Photo stop at the Niagara Parks Floral Clock
  • Photo stop at the hydroelectric power stations on the Niagara river
  • Optional 20 minute boat ride Hornblower Niagara Cruise (formally called Maid of the Mist) taking you to the base of Niagara Falls ($32+tax per person)
  • 3 hours total to explore Niagara falls (including Hornblower Niagara Cruise and time spent having lunch)
  • Return transportation to hotel or other desired drop off location
  • All stops are optional and some stops may be skipped if the group are not interested in that particular stop.

 

Tours are conducted by licenced Niagara Falls tour guides and full commentary is given throughout the day.

Approximate tour cost: $115CAD per person including Maid of the Mist, taxes and gratuity.
